Marlon Katsigazi - Co-founder, Creative Director and Author
A Ugandan author who inspires to see an African network created, that can help in developing Africa. Marlon is full of innovative ideas, charismatic and loves business ventures. Marlon holds a degree in Business Administration, and loves networking with people. A poet that specializes in creative writing, social media, web building, blogging and eCommerce.
Marlon is the author of Factory Smiles. "It is an inspirational story that combines fantasy and true life, highlighting overcoming adversity and attaining triumph."
Marlon believes entrepreneurs are the sort of people that can put Africa in the right direction, a direction of economic growth and development.
His inspiration to empower societies came when he worked for DENIVA. DENIVA is a Ugandan Network of Non-Governmental and Community Based Organizations (NGOs/CBOs) providing a platform for collective action and a voice to voluntary local associations to strongly advocate for creation of more opportunities for people and CSO participation in the development of Uganda. Marlon wants to ensure that this African network is used to prosper Africa.
Isaac Leeward - Founder and Chief Adviser
Isaac grew up in the Gold mining cities of Ghana. His father was a Gold miner. He worked in Prestea Gold field's Accounting department. This background increased his fascination for mineral deposits in Africa.
Isaac worked as an Operating Manager for the third largest logging company in Liberia, MIMFAT/ICC.
He holds a degree in Theology and did graduate studies in World Missions at Regent University, Virginia Beach.
Furthermore, he has a Business and Accounting degree from Pinamang Business College, Ghana, Konongo, and a degree in Business Administration from the University of Liberia.
Being an advent student of the stock market, Isaac wants to implement his knowledge in stocks to raise enormous capital in Africa. He is also an empowerment speaker, life coach, real estate investor and inner city real estate developer.
A Ghanian visionary who has Africa at heart. He believes his call on earth is to assist in developing Africa. A vastly experienced business man with endless knowledge on Africa.

H.E Ambassador Chris Katsigazi - Diplomatic Adviser
Ambassador Chris Katsigazi joins Discovering Africa Network with over 30 year’s experience at the highest levels of the Ugandan government and diplomatic posts. Katsigazi served as Permanent Secretary/Head of Diplomatic Service at the Ugandan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, Trade and Industry. Katsigazi also served as Uganda’s Ambassador/Deputy Permanent Representative to the United Nations.
OUR VISION AND MISSION
1. To raise one million entrepreneurs in Africa and the diaspora by 2050. Empowering them with creative ideas on how to establish businesses.
2. Changing the mindset of Africans and the world to look at Africa through a lens of optimism.
3. Unveiling the hidden treasures of Africa to Africans and the world for development.
4. Create an “African reality” African families to own their residence free and clear, between 9 to 15 years.
5. Transferring working capital to African entrepreneurs by creating a Financial institution with lower interest rates. Initial capital $100 million.
According to President Jacques Chirac's message to 34 African presidents in Cannes, France, 2007. “Africa is rich, but Africans are not. The continent holds one-third of the planet’s mineral reserves. It is a treasure trove. But it must be neither pillaged nor sold off cheaply,”
Our mission was birthed after this statement.
There are over 30 million Africans living outside of the continent, and in 2010 transferred $40 billion, the second largest source of income for Africa, according to the World Bank. By empowering these Africans, we can move the economy into a middle class status faster.
Setting up a television network that will inspire and empower the next generation of Africans to think big.
Propelling Africa into her calling and destiny as an economic power.
Establishing an African Stock Market and educating Africans, the importance and benefits on investing which can create employment.
Encourage African Union to support the creation of 5 Regional currencies for 20 years, and merge it into one African currency. Following the example of China and India, Africa's billion population partners.
